Because our bandanas are handmade pet accessories, we do not accept returns or refunds at this time.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

To request an exchange, please contact us through Instagram or email us at todofinnusa@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or there was an issue with the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at todofinnusa@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.

Final Sale Items

Gift cards and used items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
