Yes! Our bandanas are handmade in small batches with care. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations may occur, making every bandana unique.

Yes, many of our bandanas are reversible, giving your pup two stylish looks in one.

▸ How should I wash the bandanas?

We recommend hand washing or using a gentle cycle with cold water. Lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and high heat to help keep the fabric looking beautiful.

▸ How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

▸ Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our bandanas are handmade pet accessories, we do not accept returns or refunds at this time. However, we do accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

To request an exchange, please contact us through Instagram or email us with your order number and photos of the item. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or there was an issue with the order.

Please contact us as soon as possible through Instagram or email. If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will do our best to help with changes or cancellations. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Local pickup may be available near Park Street in Boston by prior arrangement only. Please contact us before placing your order through Instagram or email us to confirm availability, date, and time.
